Douglas-Fir Sawn Timber
Douglas Fir has a light yellow sapwood and the heartwood is a warm, reddish brown. The grain is quite straight and has dark growth rings.
This wood is a great all-rounder, suitable for most types of floor, furniture, and construction. This wood is very hard with medium durability.
It has high stiffness and a high bending and crushing strength.
Stock sizes are 25mm to 50mm thick, 100mm+ wide, 2.150m+ long, and square-edged.
