Donarra HDPE roll stock can provide roll stock sheet that is a superior alternative to Steel, aluminum, fiberglass and wood in some applications. Our roll stock products are available in many differing lengths and widths and can be produced in a variety of colors, sizes and textures. Donarra HDPE roll stock can be manufactured in a wide variety of gauges from 0.020” and up.
Donarra HDPE roll stock that is required to be thermoformed is an in house specialty of Donarra extrusions. When an order is received, the appropriate material is chosen to yield the necessary physical properties such as melt index and density. The result is a sheet that has the proper 'sag' during the thermoforming operation, assuring even material distribution and wall thickness.
