Stopdust is a water-based acrylic-polymer emulsion that is used to seal cementitious wall and floor surfaces.
Stopdust is applied by roller, brush or squeegee in one or more coats and dries to a clear, dust-free and hygienic finish. It has good durability to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
Good penetration.
Can be applied to freshly hardened concrete.
Packaging
Stopdust is available in 25 kg.
Coverage
Approximately 10 m² per kg per coat.
This figure is based on application to a smooth dense surface. Coverage will vary according to the texture, porosity and evenness of the surface to which Stopdust is being applied. It is recommended that a test application be carried out to determine the precise coverage rate for each job. For particularly porous surfaces add 1 part of clean cold water to 4 parts of Stopdust and shake well before use.
Storage
Store at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
Shelf Life
Approximately 12 months if stored in unopened containers under good conditions.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that DCP International is consulted before specifying.
