This traditional staircase was built for a private dwelling featuring a large reception area, hence the staircase and gallery had to fit the grandeur of the entrance. Featuring a double curtail set detail, this oak T-shaped stair is complimented by a deep red carpet and brass fixings. The balustrade features a large section handrail, fluted newel posts and alternating fluted and non-fluted turned spindles. The staircase is finished with a cut string detail that brings together the traditional style that sits comfortably with the style of the house.
