Slim Jayne 3in1 Tank Set 

A compact packaged solution, the Slim Jayne tank set offers the functionality of a feed, condense and blowdown tank in a Single compact unit. Designed to fit in a corner and occupy minimal floor space, the Slim Jayne tank set offers the added benefits of low maintenance and increased longevity, thanks to its robust construction and innovative design.

Made from heavy gauge Stainless Steel and support stayed for additional strength, the top two sections (feed & condense) can easily withstand the typically harsh conditions in a condensate return system. The design insulates the raw water make-up section from the condense section with a steam cushion. This has the effect of pre-warming the cold make-up water via the hot returning condensate, thereby further enhancing the plant efficiency.

This is a truly ‘fit and forget’ solution - the corrosion resistant components should never need to be replaced, meaning maintenance costs are virtually eliminated. The unit also has a self-ventilating function, which features an internal water feed connection that ensures corrosive gasses are efficiently expelled, further enhancing the boiler life.

The lower section (boiler blowdown) is equally robust, and built to HSE guidelines (referred to in their PM60 Guidance Note for Steam Boiler blowdown systems).

Matching vent heads, steam heating and cooling water systems are available to suit the Slim Jayne tank set.
