ComREC - Audio Recording Module

RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol) audio streams can be recorded directly and conveniently from any IP terminal.
Analogue and digital subscriber connections can be recorded via the Intercom Server.
Support for up to 100 simultaneous audio streams (up to five per IP card) and storage of up to 10 million recordings
Intelligent Radio Recording ensures that pauses in the conversation will be automatically omitted from the recording.
Full traceability via searchable metadata (call details, timestamps, etc.) stored in an SQL database (to be installed separately).
Audio files are stored within the file system on the local server or on a network drive.
The data stream is buffered to the local storage device to prevent data loss.
Export of audio files for further use (e.g., to help improve customer service quality).
Individual sections of the recording can be cut and exported for further processing.
Additional to client licences for every ComREC client, a licence for every recording channel on the Intercom server is required.
