FUSION GLASS :

Our architectural monolithic Glass can be produced in a range of thicknesses from 30mm – 100mm. fbloc captures the unique optical and tactile qualities of glass with an outstanding range of thick monolithic panels, offering exciting architectural and structural possibilities.

fbloc is manufactured as a clear low iron optical glass (slight green tint) but can also be produced with blue or grey body tints. The thickness of the glass dictates the depth of the colour and transparency of the panel.

fbloc is only available as an annealed glass but the monolithic nature of the glass means that it is extremely strong with minimal chance of breakage from everyday use. As with all annealed glass, however, the edges are more vulnerable to chipping if impacted with a hard object.

As with all kiln formed glass, one face remains Smooth whilst the other face is textured. The standard texture is a stippled effect although the glass can be manufactured to bespoke textures if requested. Non-slip textures can also be added to the surface if required.
