Capital VCL - Moisture Vapour Barrier
Capital VCL is predominately used in Timber frame constructions, but can also be used in a wide variety of other applications such as flooring and ceiling projects so they comply with BRE (Builders Research Establishment) regulations. The product is made with top grade virgin material thus meeting the NHBC standard 6.2.
