Flexi Porch Roofs at APC Architectural Mouldings

Our Flexi Roof Modules are constructed from rigid maintenance free GRP, and incorporating PU foam insulation to give a ‘U’ value of 0.2. With a built-in​ gutter behind the decorative dentil moulding, the addition of rainwater goods is unnecessary. With a maximum size of 6200 x 3300mm, each roof is made to your requirements. Cut outs can be built in to allow for buttresses etc, and blank ends can be incorporated if desired to fit against adjacent Walls or structures.

This product is also compatible with our garden room roofs, allowing a variety of shapes to be catered for. Supplied to your external frame sizes, we build in the overhang to suit your frames. On-site all you have to do is lift the roof onto your frames and secure through the frames into the built in fixing timbers. Electrical conduit is concealed in the roof construction during manufacture to enable lighting to be fitted without obtrusive external ducting or wiring or compromising the roof structure.

Easy, fast installation means you can have a beautiful, strong porch in a fraction of the time of traditional building methods. Larger sizes can be manufactured as separate sections which can be assembled on site, and will include a decorative keystone & cover strip to disguise the joint.

Available in 3 Shades of white, chocolate brown, light oak, and rosewood. Split colours (dark external face with white internal ceiling) can also be supplied as an optional extra. Details available on request.
