Specification
The below specification details our advanced centre UPVC Pivot window system. Designed for the high-rise market sector, Arctic Glass introduced the Pivot window to its range in early 2009. This was to maintain our ethos of offering our customers the most comprehensive product range in Timber and UPVC available on the marketplace.

Locking System
Utilising adjustable roller locking points to both the head and the cill, our UPVC Pivot window benefits from an integrated espagnolette locking system. This ensures excellent compression on all four sides of the Pivot window which is extremely important due to its application on tall buildings.

Hinge
Fully reversible with self-engaging restrictor, our UPVC Pivot hinge comes as standard with a powder coated finish. The sash can turn through approximately 180 degrees allowing easy cleaning of the external pane. Alternatively, with the Pivot window partially open, it can be used to create a natural airflow allowing warm air to escape through the top and cool air to replace this at the bottom.

Tested to in excess of 30,000 cycles without defect and with a maximum load capacity for the horizontal of 60kg per pair, our UPVC Pivot window is ideal for schools, hospitals, offices, Hotels, residential home and sheltered housing.
