Research has shown that the optimum screen height is 1200 mm or 480 mm above the desk for seated staff. For collaboration areas and breakout spaces the screens should be higher - 1800 mm.
Icon screens include a combination of sound absorbing and dense sound blocking materials with noise reduction coefficients up to NRC 0.7 specifically in the speech range of frequencies. Combine these excellent acoustic functions with aesthetics including printed fabrics and screens no longer need to dominate the office or reduce the open plan feel.
