Loft Hatch with Picture Frame

Loft panels are designed to fit into any type of ceiling system in order to gain access to domestic loft areas. The rear of the metal door tray is fitted with 65mm thick, foil backed insulation board with a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 W/mK.
A 25mm wide picture frame surround is provided for retrofit. This enables the panel to be inserted directly into the clear structural opening and screw-fixed into position through the side of the panel frame.
