Fire Rated Eaves Access door
Make use of loft eaves storage areas without compromising on insulation, fire rating and draught proofing.
- This range is highly insulated and air tested to previously unsurpassed levels, achieving a U-Value of just 0.35 W/M²k (meeting the current requirements for lofts as set out under Part L of UK Building Regulations).
- In addition, the entire range is fire rated to 60 minutes (tested to B.S.476: Part 22:1987 face side only) and achieves a superb acoustic reduction of 36dB.
- Each eaves door is handmade by us in the UK and is delivered pre-finished and ready to fit.
